This project consists approximately of 80,000 square foot of multi-level class A retail space with 2 pad sites for free standing restaurants and an office building. The front elevation consists of multi-texture materials including brick, stucco, and stone. This look visually highlights each tenant. The construction included all site utilities and detention pond for the sprawling 10 acre site.
